Who FitDesk is for
FitDesk is built for independent personal trainers, fitness coaches and small coaching businesses in the UK. Trainers use it to take bookings, sell session packages, send workouts, track client progress, message clients and get paid by card into their own bank account. Clients can use FitDesk without charge. They only pay their trainer.
Why FitDesk has no monthly fee
We want independent trainers to run their business without stacking up monthly software costs or paying extra for standard tools. So the platform itself has no monthly fee. The only FitDesk charge is on card payments. 0.7% on Stripe card payments through FitDesk, minimum 1p per card payment. Stripe's own fees still apply. Cash has no FitDesk fee.
What FitDesk does not do
We would rather you know before you sign up. FitDesk does not support direct debit and does not offer automatic recurring billing. It is a web app that works in any mobile browser, and a native iOS or Android app is not available yet.

Several unrelated products share the name. This FitDesk, at fitdesk.co.uk, is personal trainer software for UK PTs. It is not the FitDesk exercise bike desk (thefitdesk.com), and it is not the FitDesk fitness operations software for leisure centres in Australia and New Zealand (fitdesk.com.au).
