Delete your FitDesk account

Version 2026-10-08Last updated 8 October 2026

This page explains how to delete your account in the FitDesk app (on Android, iPhone, iPad or the web) and the data that goes with it. FitDesk is provided by Pickle Labs Collective Ltd.

Delete your account in the app (fastest)

If you are a personal trainer:

More > Settings > Legal and data > Export or delete your account > Your data (GDPR) > Delete account > type DELETE > 'Delete my account and all of this data'

If you are a client:

Account tab > Legal and data > Export or delete your account > Your data (GDPR) > Delete account > type DELETE > 'Delete my account and data'

Your account is deleted straight away. If you would like a copy of your data first, tap Download my data on the same screen. The download includes most of your data. For anything it does not include, email privacy@fitdesk.co.uk and we will send it to you.

Ask us to delete your account

If you can't log in or no longer have the app, email privacy@fitdesk.co.uk from the email address on your FitDesk account with the subject "Delete my account". Tell us whether you are a trainer or a client. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address, so we know it is really you. We will confirm by email once your account is deleted, and we aim to do this within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your profile and login details
  • Your messages and the photos and files sent in them
  • Progress photos, body measurements, workout and health information
  • Your notes, forms and other content you added
  • Your connections to Apple, Google and Stripe sign in or payments, where possible

What we keep, and for how long

When you delete your account, we delete your login, profile, photos, files and messages straight away. You cannot undo this, so download your data from Settings first if you want a copy.

A few records are kept for a limited time. These include invoices and payment records, which tax law requires us to keep, a short record that the account was deleted, and a record of which Terms you accepted. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

If you are a trainer:

  • Unpaid invoices are cancelled.
  • If you have a Stripe balance, you need to pay it out first.
  • Once your balance is zero, we close the Stripe account linked to FitDesk. Stripe keeps its own records about you under Stripe's privacy policy.
  • If you disconnected Stripe from FitDesk earlier, please close your Stripe account from your Stripe dashboard.
  • Your clients keep their own accounts and data.

If you are a client:

  • Your trainer's records will show "Deleted client" in place of your name.

To delete your account in the app, log in first. For other questions, see our FAQ.
